Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a driven and knowledgeable Salesperson with hands-on experience in the 4WD and accessory industry.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of all things 4x4 including bull bars, canopy’s, draws, suspension and lighting. Whilst ironman is our main brand, we source and fit all types of 4x4 gear.
You will be the go-to expert for our customers looking to transform their vehicles, you will understand the conditions that your customer is likely to experience and will be able to correctly advise on the products and services required to satisfy their wants and needs.
You’ll need to be self-motivated, hungry to chase the next deal, and confident in your ability to close it. You will thrive on building trust, solving problems, and turning conversations into conversions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored 4WD and accessory solutions
- Provide expert advice and understand the differences in products to be able to explain the benefits of the genuine and Ironman 4x4 range
- Prepare quotes and assist with build planning for custom vehicle upgrades
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest 4WD products and technologies
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth handover from sales to installation
- Attend trade shows, events, and assist with social media content when needed
The ideal applicant will have...
- Experience in sales in 4WD and accessory fitment within the automotive industry
- A proactive mindset and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for off-road adventure and vehicle customisation
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical systems
- Knowledge of Titan system advantageous but not essential
- High level of organisational skills and documentation control
- Manage stock inventory
